The Technical Services Unit is under the command of Sergeant Jeffrey Thieman. The Unit is charged with supporting all technical aspects of the Toledo Police Department including, but not limited to: computers (desktop, laptop and in-car), computer networks, digital cameras, video cameras, and the Toledo Police Website.
