Greetings to everyone in Sector 5

Sector 5 is located in west Toledo, bordered on the east by Jackman Rd., west to the city limits, north to the Michigan line, and south to I-475.

My name is Clifford Warstler and I have been a member of the Toledo Police Dept. since Dec. 1993. Prior to joining the Community Services Section, I was in Field Operations for 22 years. I have lived in the City of Toledo for most of my life, except the years I was in the Military. I am grateful for the years I have served the City of Toledo and its residents and look forward to serving the citizens in the years ahead.

My job as a Community Services Officer is to assist my community however possible. I take complaints on nuisance abatement properties, inoperable/abandoned vehicles, neighbor disputes, and drug complaints. I also attend Block Watch meetings, business meetings and special events. My goal is to help make your neighborhood a better and safer place for you and your family to live. I look forward to working with the community.
