Auctions are held a few times a year. Some auctions are held on-site while others are conducted online.

For on-site auctions, an updated vehicle list is available on this page several weeks before the auction date. Potential buyers are encouraged to inspect the auction vehicles the morning of the auction. The vehicles are not available for inspection at any other time. The auction takes place on the designated day regardless of weather conditions.
All property to be auctioned is open to public inspection at 9:00 am on the day of the auction. The auction begins at 11:00 am. All vehicles are sold AS IS. All vehicles have salvage titles except for those marked as "City" vehicles. Terms of the sale are cash or check only.
The Toledo Police Impound Lot is located at 198 Dura Ave. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
