Hello everyone,

I am officer Hassane Cheaib your Community Services Officer for 2 Sector, the North End and Point Place area. I have been with TPD since 2010 and worked for the Lucas County Sheriff Department as a corrections officer prior to joining TPD. Before coming to the Community Services Section, I was assigned to Scott Park Field Operations for 5 years, working the midnight shift. I am bike trained and a Crisis Intervention Team officer. I bid to the Community Services Section to become a CSO because I love helping people. My goal as a CSO is to get to know the citizens of Toledo on a one-on-one basis and help with any concerns they have. If interested, I can help start a Block Watch or other community meetings.

Let’s work together to make our community and neighborhood a better place for us all to live.

If you're in an area prone to severe winters, the best way to prepare is to create a communication plan and gather all necessary supplies in advance. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration recommends obtaining all items on your checklist before the storm arrives. This can help mitigate stress and fear for you and your family so that you can enjoy your time together safely inside.
